Question for DW fandom peeps

There are quite a few (not-very-active) communities for posting fic.

However, I have yet to find any communities for Buffyverse prompts, challenges, or similar.

I'm interested... but I also know I currently suck at participation in comms like Still-Grrr.

But my annoyance with LJ might be just the extra motivation I need to participate in whatever variation of a comm it is.

I'd probably be more keen on a Jossverse prompt/challege/whatevs style comm (Sometimes I wish Open On Sunday were broader than Buffyverse.) But I love the Buffyvere and even though I worry if I have more to say about it, I'm sure I probably do if I poke myself a bit more with a stick.

I'm vaguely thinking of a comm having fortnightly prompts for ficlets, and also providing space (in the same comm) for people to run ficathons. Sound feasible?

And you make a good point - I'm a purely Buffyverse person, really, but there are all those other shows...

I could see one comm having more than one role re: prompt and occasional ficathons. Particularly with a closed canon show, why have folks running higgly piggly to a bunch of different comms for similar offerings?

I would love to see a Buffy 'verse comm here on Dreamwidth! I checked all of the ticky boxes, just because any combination would be fine with me. That said, I don't do much writing, but I love to read Buffy 'verse fics and am generous with feedback.

Hi! I came to your journal from lj_refugees and I'd love to have a Buffy(Angel)verse fanfic community! Although I haven't written anything in a while I am in a mood to dust off my writing skills and work on something again. Re-watching Buffy (S4 at the moment) is helping too :D
