hurrah for fitness!

Sore muscles... so very soooooore...

Using the Wii is fun, but slightly exhausting. And I'm not very good at it yet: I cycled around the island and kept falling over a waterfall. I still haven't managed to cycle round to all the little flags. (Eventually the Wii took pity on me and asked me if I wanted to give up. I said "...yes please" and tried something easier.)


Now my housemate is moving furniture, and I am sitting on the couch moaning about my poor poor legs...

My goodness that episode is brilliant.
