droughts and flooding rains

For those who are wondering:

- no, I'm not in the flooded areas

- yes, those areas are very flooded and very large

- by "very large", I mean "larger than France and Germany combined" or "twice the size of Texas"

- it still hasn't reached maximum flooding, and won't until (at least) tomorrow
