deird1This took me a while to decide. But in the end...
Who Are You?
Buffy tends to have a lot of good episodes - but this episode is stellar. It manages to use the standard sci-fi gimmick of the bodyswap, make it more entertaining than almost all the others (Farscape's bodyswap being the only exception), and use the whole thing to take Faith on a journey from self-absorbed evil chick to realising why Buffy is who she is, and why being a Slayer is so important to them both.
And, for the most part, her character development takes place without words. Just... her being her.
My least favourite episode is She - if episodes from Angel count - or Killed By Death, if they don't. (I tried to find promos, screencaps, or similar, but it was taking too long, and frankly, I don't like them enough to keep looking.)
Both these episodes suck. She's only redeeming feature is the wonderful sight of Angel dancing... and Killed By Death has no redeeming features whatsoever.
In summary? Watch Who Are You?, don't watch Killed By Death, and instead of fastforwarding through most of She to reach the good bits, just watch them here:
