Here they are again!
Day 239:

I have NEVER been this close to a kookaburra in my life before. SO VERY CLOSE.
Day 240:

Nathan with his mummy. He's currently very attached to her, and cries whenever she's not visible.
Day 241:

This is what my backyard looks like at the start of spring. All nice and green...
Day 242:

Question: were The Spectre a superhero, rather than a basketball mascot, what would his powers be? (I'm thinking teleportation and the ability to strike terror in other's hearts.)
Day 243:

My cross-stitch continues to grow... slowly...
Day 244:

Here is Elf, wondering why on earth I'm waving a camera around rather than hurrying up and letting him inside.
Day 245:

A restaurant in St Kilda.
A much more boring restaurant than most of St Kilda - from a photo-taking perspective, at least - but they have some very yummy meals.
Day 246:

This is a tree-top walk in the Otway Ranges.
You walk around on these big metal walkways, watching gum trees sway beside you. (And gum trees apparently sway a LOT when you're up high.)
Day 247:

So, you know those crash-test dummies they put in cars to simulate what happens to people in a car accident?
This is a crash-test kangaroo. (For outside the car, not inside.)
Day 248:

Technology marches on...
I have finally given up on my 17-year-old alarm clock, and bought a fancy new one, complete with digital radio and iPhone holder. They look rather different, don't they?
Day 249:

Here is my cousin, holding Michael.
After years of jetsetting around the world, she's finally decided to try living in Melbourne. Yay!
Day 250:

I have a lovely boyfriend who brings me flowers. He's just terrific.
Day 251:

Two years ago, if you recall, I planted some flowers along my front fence.
And here they are! Blooming and everything!
Day 252:

We had the Backyard Bard at church last night, performing bits of John. Here's the church, getting set up beforehand...

Invisibility. He seems like the invisible type to me.
Crash test kangaroo. Just the idea of it is awesome.
I've never owned an alarm clock. Any day when I have to get up by a certain time (which aren't many), Mom will have to get up even earlier*, and she may as well come give me a shake while she's at it.
*She insists on showering the day of rather than the evening before. (She does have an alarm clock, by the way.)
