I read the initial story first, and then, reading yours, was wondering – where is that from and where all that is going. And when it all clicked and fell into the right places, it was one of these wow-moments, when you just admire how well the thing is done. Watchers’ change of perspective on theirs slayers shown via betting theme… That’s fantastic – both as a remix and as a standalone fic.

P.S. And a small niggle – if that slayer lived in Russia, she would be Katerina Rushkova (Rushkov is a male form of the surname).
