Ooh, fic challenges?
*misses them*
*hasn't written nearly enough fic lately*

I'd go with drabbles, if possible. They require skill, but are also small enough that the idea of doing heaps isn't so intimidating.

You could:
- write a fic per week
- write a fic for 20 different characters you've never written before
- track down lots of unfulfilled requests and resolve to fill one out of every three that you find
- join a daily/weekly prompt comm and write something for every prompt
