That is quite possibly the cutest open-faced sandwich ever. Also possibly the sweetest.

This appears at least tangentially related to cinnamon toast, the main difference being that cinnamon toast is.. well, toasted, and has cinnamon sugar instead of sprinkles.

Yum. Gotta try that.

Fairy bread is yummy and delicious - and apparently exclusive to ANZACdom, which I'd never realised before.
