Hey, that Queen of Rags and Rag of Queens thing - that is SO Lady M.'s Rags and Riches Secret Ball. With that raggy skirt. Isn't it. It is.

And yes, that's where the skirt is from.
(Err... unlike the whole rebellion-in-a-forest thing, which is from one of Amandarin's distant descendants, in a total Robin Hood ripoff.)
