more photos

I just got back from spending a day with [personal profile] immer_am_lesen, who feeds me yummy food and watches Stargate with me.

So, on to the photos...

Day 64:

This is Alex, on a ride at the Knox festival. He was so excited about being in the helicopter.

Day 65:

Smudge the cat.

It took me nearly ten minutes to get a photo of him that wasn't just a bit of his tail disappearing off the side of the picture.

Day 66:

Here is a traditional Melburnian tram, waiting to take people around the city.

Most of our trams look a bit more modern than this, but this one is a City Circle tram. It does the same loop of the city, all day, with a recorded voice pointing out all the interesting sites to tourists. It's free!

I was rather worried it would leave before I got my camera out.

Day 67:

This candelabra was a present from my sisters, for my 21st.

I love it. It's so funky and old fashioned and gothic.

Day 68:

Choc-chip cookie slab, as related in this week's recipe post. Each biscuit should have ended up about a quarter of the size it is.

Day 69:

This is Ellie - the dog of some friends from church.

Every time I go over to their house, I forget to put on jeans, wear my very-staticky work pants, and get dog hair ALL OVER them.

Day 70:

And for the third random pet of the week... a very pretty rabbit.

Her bottom looks rather strange because it had to be trimmed back. It still feels soft and lovely, though.

Oh my, yes, those did all smoosh together, didn't they?

Did you use chunks of chocolate, or did the chocolate melt a lot? Only, American chips tend to be rather smaller than that.

That might explain the spreading, too.
